Blog Every Day in May: Days 26-28 -- Something I Read Online, Letter to Readers

Day 26: Something you read online. Leave a link and discuss, if you'd like.

Manti Te'o's fake dead girlfriend: This is probably old news for those of you who keep up with football/fake people reports, but I just read that article yesterday and I found it really interesting and strange. I'm interested in the psychology behind why people make up personalities and fake deaths.

There is also this story about fraudster Janna St. James -- I first heard about it a couple years ago, and it's all very fascinating and infuriating.

Day 27: A letter to your readers

Dear awesome readers,

Thank you so much for your support over the last year! This is still just an eensy-weensy blog, but I love writing it and receiving feedback from you. It really means a lot to me that there are people out there reading this. I've been working to add more (and more frequent) content, and I promise to always keep everything honest and down-to-earth.

This letter could really be summed up with just: You are fantastic, and a million synonyms of it.

I'll be doing the 28th day's prompt tomorrow, since it's "just pictures" and I don't really have anything exciting to show you right now ;)
