One Hand Washes the Other Black Magic Exfoliating Scrub Review, PhotosSaturday, December 22, 2012
This, ladies and gentlemen, may be the best face scrub ever. It certainly is the best I've ever tried. Made as an exfoliating version of my beloved Black Magic cleanser, One Hand Washes the Others' Black Magic Exfoliating Scrub is a true gem. I can't believe I waited so long to try it! It was introduced a year or so ago to rave reviews, but I already had scrubs to use up which I found good enough, like St. Ives Apricot Scrub. The latter I found worked well enough, but let me tell you -- Black Magic scrub is like night and day.
Using the same wonderful ingredients as the Black Magic cleanser, it has the same smell and a similar consistency, though thicker. I only need to use a small amount to exfoliate my entire face. The scrubby bits are made of bamboo powder -- they're tiny but incredibly effective and don't cause microcuts or other irritations.
The first time I used this, I was amazed at how soft it left my skin. Baby butt soft, if you will. I always felt the other scrubs I used achieved as much as I could get (without spending a lot of money for fancy formulas), but boy, was I wrong! I can't get over how awesome this is. I use this twice a week and I look forward to using it, it's that wonderful.
I think this review can be summed up with: THIS IS AMAZING GO BUY IT NOW WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!
One Hand Washes the Other Black Magic Exfoliating Scrub is my Holy Grail exfoliating scrub. I should make a nifty graphic for that.
